Stéphane Bonhomme’s research focuses on microeconometrics with a special interest in applications to labor economics.
In fall 2009, he joined the faculty at New York University, where he is Assistant Professor of Economics. Bonhomme has published his research in the Journal of Econometrics, Econometrica, and the Review of Economic Studies, and is currently researching functional first-differencing, quantile selection models, teacher turnover, and school characteristics, among other subjects.
He received both his master’s degree in macroeconomics and his PhD in economics from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
