Ryan Bubb

Ryan Bubb’s research focuses on business organizations, financial institutions and law and development.

He formerly served as a senior researcher at the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, created by Congress to examine the causes of the financial crisis, and as a policy analyst at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget.

Bubb earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from the College of William and Mary in 1998. After earning his law degree from Yale Law School and his master’s in economics from Yale University in 2005, he earned a Ph.D. in political economy and government in from Harvard University in 2011.
