Dr. Belfield is an Associate Professor of Economics, Queens College, City University of New York. He is also Co-director of the Center for Benefit-Cost Studies in Education, Teachers College, Columbia University, and Associate Editor, Economics of Education Review. His research field is cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis of educational interventions.
