Members of the Inequality: Measurement, Interpretation, and Policy Group presented work at a conference hosted by the Kauffman PAES Project on Early Childhood Finance Innovation in Chicago July 20–21, 2011.

This invitation-only conference was the second in a series of working group meetings focused on the development and evaluation of pay-for-success ways to finance quality prenatal-to-age-5 early child care and education programs.
